In 1974, I got my first taste of building a kit. I bought a Nobler u-control kit, I think it was by Top Flite, but I dont recall for sure. This was a blast to build, but I was a nervous wreck the first few times I took it out to fly. It was a great flier, and a pretty good stunter (beyond my capabilities!). Again, girls, gasoline, and ham radio came along and captured my attention. I sold this at a swap meet, wish I still had it!
